Returns Policy


APPLIES ONLY TO EC & UK RESIDENT DOMESTIC CONSUMERS

At Frame Regalia we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple. For any defective\damaged products or order discrepancies received, please follow the returns procedure below:

  1. Products in working order must be returned in their original packaging.
  2. Faulty products still within the manufacturer’s warranty period should, if possible, be returned in their original packaging.
  3. Please enclose details of the defect,damage or discrepancy including print samples where applicable.
  4. Enclose original or copy of the sales invoice.
  5. Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods.
